Delivery and payment

DELIVERY:

To all cities of Ukraine, where the carriers listed below are located:

(Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Kramatorsk, Luhansk, Lutsk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Uzhgorod, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv and district centers.)

1. PICK-UP from the store:

The customer receives his order at the point of sale, payment is made upon receipt.

2. NOVA POSHTA (branch/post office/addressed delivery):

For orders over 800 UAH - delivery to the branch is free.

If the goods are paid for at the Nova Poshta branch in your city, in addition to paying for the goods and the delivery amount, an additional money transfer fee of - 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH is paid.

Important! When receiving the goods, the buyer must have a passport and a TTN number (Goods and Transport Invoice).
The TTN number, date of shipment and delivery time can be found out from the store manager.

3. UKRPOSHTA (branch/branch):

For orders over 800 UAH - delivery to the branch is free.

The commission for cash on delivery to the card is 1% of the cost of the goods + 10 UAH, in cash - 2% + 10 UAH.

Important! When receiving the goods, the buyer must have a passport and a TTN number (Goods and Transport Invoice).
The TTN number, date of shipment and delivery time can be found from the store manager.

Payment and delivery ABROAD:

We ship only with full prepayment. Delivery times from Ukraine to the USA are up to 20 calendar days, to Europe up to 14 calendar days. Exchanges and returns are possible only in case of shortage or damage during transportation.

When placing an order, select - cash on delivery/payment upon receipt/payment at the branch.

Return:

Return and exchange of goods takes place in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine within 14 days from the date of purchase in the same way as you received the goods. After the goods arrive at the branch, we will refund you an amount equal to the cost of the goods, excluding delivery.

The sender pays the costs of returning the goods.
